  • The Parq at Iliff Station is a transit-oriented development project that is directly adjacent to the new Iliff Station (part of the Interstate-225 Rail Line).

  • Community amenities include: one-acre park, golf simulator, self-repair bike and ski shop, state-of-the-art business center including cyber lounge and private conference room, coffee bar, resort-style heated pool and hot tub, poolside barbecues with an outdoor entertainment area, fitness center, sports bar, dog grooming salon and dog park.
  • The first rental units are anticipated to deliver in November 2017. Estimated construction completion October 2018.
